DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the words and phrases set out below shall have the following meanings:(a) "Casino" means Elements Casino Mohawk;(b) "Gaming" refers to any game played at the Casino;(c) "Player" means a person who participates in Gaming at the Casino;(d) "Terms and Conditions" means these rules, policies and procedures;
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in Gaming at the Casino, each Player acknowledges that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE
To participate in Gaming at the Casino, a Player must:(a) Be 19 years of age or older;(b) Not be self-excluded from participating in Gaming;(c) Meet any additional requirements imposed by law;

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
The Casino reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or to introduce new terms and conditions at any time.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIESA
Player shall not engage in any activity that is prohibited by law, including but not limited to cheating, colluding with other players, using devices to enhance chances of winning, etc.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or from the use of Gaming services.
RESPONSIBLE GAMING PRACTICES
We are committed to responsible gaming practices. Players should familiarize themselves with our policies on problem gambling, including self-exclusion procedures.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a competent court.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Player and the Casino regarding participation in Gaming at the Casino, supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements between them on such subject matter.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Casino may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of notice thereof on our website or by other means.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend or change any terms, conditions, policies, or procedures at anytime without prior notice.

By participating in Gaming, each Player agrees that these Terms and Conditions are reasonable and justiciable. If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court to be void or unenforceable, then such term or provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and provisions.

We reserve the right to decline participation in Gaming at our discretion. We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding gaming activities.
